"Badi H. Baltagi Gr’79, a distinguished professor of economics at Syracuse University and senior research fellow at the school’s Center for Policy Research, has been awarded a Great Arab Minds Award for 2025 in the economics category by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the vice president and prime minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai.
